ANXIETY

Anxiety is the feeling that something unpleasant or dangerous is about to happen. When anxiety is a rational response to recognisable danger, it is not a problem. What makes life difficult is when this feeling anxiety intrudes on a person for no obvious reason. During such moment, the mind is filled with fearful thoughts and the body reacts as if it is in danger, with what is called the flight or fight response. For some people, unwanted anxiety occurs provoked by ordinary situations or places. This is called situational anxiety. For others, anxiety is a persistent background hum that is present almost all the time. This condition is called general anxiety disorder. When anxiety reaches a crescendo, a panic attack ensues. The suffer cringes in fear, trembling and sweating, strugling to breath, and often experiencing a sense of unreality or of imminent loss of consciousness. And it is embarassing because everyone you confide in will most likely says: ''Don't worry. There is nothing to be afraid of".

SAY NO TO DRUGS....

Many people do not understand why individuals become addicted to drugs or how drugs change the brain to foster compulsive drug abuse. They mistakenly view drug abuse and addiction as strictly a social problem and apt to characterise those who take drugs as morally weak. One very common belief is that drug abusers should be able to just stop taking drugs if they are only willing to change their behaviour. What people oftenunderestimate is the complexity of drug addiction-that it is a disease that impacts the brain and because of that, stopping drug abuse is not simply a matter of willpower.
Through scientific advances, we now know much more about how drugs exactly work in the brain, and we also know that drug addiction can be succesfully treated to help people stop abusing drugs and resume their productive lives. Drug abuse and addiction are major burden to society. Estimates of the total overall costs of substance abuse in the United States, including health and crime -related costs as well as losses in productivit, exceed half a trillion dollars annuanly.
What is going to happen if this thing still go on like this. There must be a clear limit for this thing. Effective solutions should be take to overcome this problem. People should always remember a thing that always say'' no to drugs''.

Illegal racers as scourage of Malaysian road.

How much trouble can you cause with a little motorbike? Well, in a hand of a Mat Rempit it can be a great cause of irritation to other users. Mat Rempit have annoyed the Malaysian nation with their reckless riding and total disgard for other road users. Malaysian bloggers have complained that Mat Rempit take over streets in housing estates as well as main roads in the city centre for their street races that can comprise up to 100 motorbikes.
They speed ,cut into lanes of other traffic users, create enormous amounts of pollution and noise and gather menacingly at traffic acting as if they own the roads. When they are not racing, they are attempting stunts in open roads in a dangerous and haphazard manner for fun that often result into fatal accidents. Such as accidents occur when they are trying to ride awy from the police, sometimes into on-coming traffic, and when failed stunts cause their bikes to fall over injuring or killing the rider and the pillion.
The Star newspaper reported that some desperate Mat Rempit who are in quick need of money are getting their girlfriends to provide 'sex service' to their friends. According to a former Mat Rempit, most of them are always on the lookout for money to buy drugs.
Is there any ways to prevent this problem to become more worse. Of course they are. Effective ways must be take at the correct time to bring back the good image on the Malaysia road system.

It's Hard To Be A Legend.

History has prove to us the lesson of being a wise man. Socrates, the great ancient Greek philosopher was brutally killed. Abraham Lincoln, the 16th president of the united states of America was assassinated by an actor. The same thing happen to the great mahatma Gandhi, India's independence leader as he was assassinated by a mentally disorder person. Socrates, is known as perfect human being for the past centuries. He is the one whom start the critical thinking revolution. Brain is the main asset of a human according to Socrates. One of the Socrates main philosophy is never accept an answer without knowing the truth behind it. But his philosophy has become the major factor of his death tragedy. Abraham Lincoln is the one of the most famous and talented U.S.A president. He will always be remember for his effort to bring end to the American Civil Law. He is the man whom unite the U.S.A as we can see today. Unfortunately, all his effort couldn't prevent him from being shot dead in a theater by John W Booth. That day would be remember as a black mark in U.S.A history. In India there was great man call Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi or more known as mahatma Gandhi. this humble being man show to the world the power of non violent. Gandhi employed non-cooperation,non-violence and peaceful resistance as his 'weapons' in the struggle against British for the independence. On 30 January 1948 just after few months India get its independence, this great man was shot dead in an open assembly prayer. That's the end of the story for this 'great soul'. The conclusion we can get from this is simple, it's hard to be a wise man. It seems like either you die as hero or you live long as a normal person like the others.
